Warranty & Repairs
We encourage you to save your original dated purchase receipt, you'll need it if you need to make a warranty or repair claim.
If you are the original buyer & have a gear malfunction or failure do to a manufacturing error within one year of the purchase date you may send it in for a repair, replacement, or full refund of the original purchase price (minus shipping costs) at our discretion.
We put a lot of careful design, craftsmanship & testing into our product offerings but they do have a useful life cycle. That life cycle will largely depend of the construction, materials used, maintenance, care, type & frequency of use the product sees.
What our warranty does not cover
- products that have been modified from original factory condition
- products not purchased through an authorized dealer
- products purchased through third party sites (I.E facebook marketplace, amazon, ebay, ect.) even if you have a proof of purchase
- normal wear and tear
- neglect or improper care
This warranty is limited only to repair or replacement of a defective product at the opinion of Outdoorsman Outfitters & is the only remedy of this warranty. This warranty applies only to products sold directly through Outdoorsman Outfitters or an authorized dealer. This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser & is non transferable. In no event shall Outdoorsman Outfitters be held liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience weather direct or indirect. There is no other implied coverage except what is expressly stated herein.
Given that we make our products in house we can often repair them as well. We have a pretty good idea of what can be fixed and what can't. To begin your repair please have photos ready so we can take a closer look at the issue & get in touch with us either via phone or email. If we determine that your gear can be repaired we will have it shipped back within 30 days of receiving it. If the repair is not covered under warranty a reasonable fee will be assessed on a case by case basis. Once a repair has been made to your gear your warranty will be void as we can no longer insure the equipment's fitness for a particular task.
